Food Science

& Nutritional cooking

Students will take on the role of food scientists and learn about our foods. Some classes will including cooking/baking with snacks to take. ( We will primarily be cooking with foods that are gluten free, dairy free, and only using natural sugars (such as dates, maple syrup and honey).

 

Learning objectives: identify food groups, food processing, how our bodies digest and use food and so much more

Location: Kingdom Kitchen

Caregivers are welcome to attend

Ages 3-6 (Wednesdays)

*Ages 3-4 must have adult present

Registration must be in advance, please register below for appropriate age range and select date(s).

Four children must be registered for class to happen.
