Meet Sarah

Sarah is passionate about helping individuals in the fitness community reach their health goals through proper nutrition. With expertise in weight management, body recomposition, and sports fueling, she understands the impact that nutrition can have on fitness progress. Her client-centered approach focuses on setting realistic goals and finding balance in everyday life. Outside of her work, Sarah is a CrossFit enthusiast, coach, and traveler who loves spending time outdoors with her dogs, Harley and Bailey.

Specialties

 

Sarah has experience in working with individuals in the fitness community with weight management, body recomposition, and proper fueling for sport. Sarah has seen it first hand how properly fueling the body can have a huge impact in making progress in fitness/sport. She also works with diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

 

Counseling style 

 

Sarah really listens to the client and meets him/her where they are. She will help to set and achieve realistic goals. Sarah will help you in meal timing, navigating eating out and the holiday season, and finding balance in your lifestyle with food choices. Sarah knows that nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle for a healthy life, and helps the client with other factors such as sleep, stress management, proper hydration, movement, etc. She is here to help you stay accountable and will help you set yourself up for success! 

 

 

Hobbies/interests

 

Sarah has been big into CrossFit for many years and enjoys doing competitions. When she’s not training herself, Sarah also loves to coach. In addition to CrossFit, she likes to add in hot yoga when she can. She is big into traveling and exploring other countries and learning about their culture and of course trying the local foods. Sarah loves the summer and spending as much time as she can outside with her dogs Harley and Bailey.
