Samantha believes that food is deeply personal—and so is every journey toward well-being. With two master’s degrees, one in counseling and one in nutrition, she brings a uniquely integrative approach that honors both emotional and physical health. Her work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and deep respect for each individual’s lived experience and relationship with food and body.
