🍫 Maple Cashew Chocolate Fudge (No-Bake & Naturally Sweetened)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cashew butter (runny texture works best)

  • 3/4 cup Maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips


Directions

  1. Prepare the pan:Line an 8 x 4-inch (20 x 10 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the base:In a medium bowl, stir together cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.Pour this mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  3. Melt the chocolate:Melt dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

  4. Assemble:Pour the melted chocolate over the cashew mixture and smooth with a spatula.

  5. Freeze to set:Place the pan in the freezer for about 2 hours (or overnight) until the fudge is firm.

  6. Slice & enjoy:Once set, slice into rectangular pieces. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired — it enhances the chocolate flavor beautifully!
